Qualifications:

To drive taxi in Victoria you must have a British Columbia  clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence and Record Check Certificate. 

You must obtain a Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Scan from the Police Department where you reside. Ie: If you live in Saanich, must be done by Saanich Police, if you live in Victoria or Esquimalt, must be done by Vicpd, if you live in Colwood, must be done by Westshore RCMP, etc.
